The assessment investment is $200 — and if you move forward with any recommended work, that amount is applied directly to your invoice.

The Home Care Assessment is $200 and is credited toward any approved work. Repairs are quoted scope-based whenever possible, with hourly work billed at $95 per hour (2-hour minimum) when appropriate.
Before any work begins, you will receive a detailed Scope of Work and written estimate for approval — so there are no surprises, and you remain fully in control of the investment.
